Use throwing knives with the riot shield. They will advance at you, and line the up at the center and quickly throw it. Works well. They never see it coming.

I tried a riot shield class, liked it but I didn't liek the K/D ratio that came with it, might try again on a smaller map, currently mainly using a sniper class with:
Baretta Silencer and PNJ rounds.
PN2200 Red Dot Sight
Spawn point flare.
Stun Grenades
PERKS:
Bling
Stopping Power Pro
Commando



Rifle class:
FAMAS with Holographic and Silencer
PP2200 Silencer
Frag and Flashbang
Bling
Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim


And the Riot Shield I have never used really, but I liek the concept of the invincible front/back.
