Ok what you do Is (or what I do is) go to Documents>>>Games>>Fable> >>Photo Journal>> Right click on the photo and go to edit>> File (at the top)>> Save As>> Documents>>>My pictures >>then save it as whatever...

Yes, I mean I drew my character, but in more detail etc because my character (on the game is only close to what I want him to look like)

It's random. If you you hit refresh enough you'll see Kate unless they changed it
