I agree with the mount thing, but I don't think you should have one all the time..... Just through big areas. 'Cause in Oblivion, trying to steer your horse through trees and crap was really irritating........
And I think it would be neat if you could get sick..... Like catch a disease and be out of commission for a little while and see the world fall into chaos in your absence... And then have all new problems and quests...

more variety of dumbness, the leader guards should be (almost) intelligent, whereas the grunts should be thick as my gravy.

Kill a spouse and the bards will occasionally sing: Your wife just asked for a whole new dress, a simple one would suit her. But instead of granting her request you shose to execute her!
But one things wrong: She never asked nor give it to her.
Plus you should be able to hold more oof one type of weapon and armor.
I got annoyed by the fact that i would find plate armour but being unable to find it because of one i already have

Uh, yeah, I could have sworn that you could hold more than one of things. It just showed up as, for instance "Bright Plate Gloves (2)". Or so I thought...

Re: my wishlist and ideas
i want a randomized body type. it's boring when everyone starts out as the same black haired white boy. why not let the game randomize his shoe size, whether he's naturally tubby unless he works out? a randomly selected hair color that can only be changed with dye? i mean fable has always been all about the element of choice, however the last i checked saving a trader from balvarines didn't make you turn blonde.

I think that if there is a mount in the game, they should make it like Epona from Zelda. I don't mean make it look like her, but make the character get a horse somehow. For example:
1. We start the game again as a farmboy/girl. There are a few horses on the farm. The village is attacked and all of the people and animals are killed except for you and one horse that is injured. Of course, this would be if they wanted the same beginning as Fable 1.
2. You start the same way as 1, but instead you train at the farm, taught by your parents. Once you finish your training, you are given the horse that you train with or just has some importance.
3. Same as 2, but you get to choose one of the few (like around 5) horses on your farm.
All of the above could include the choice to name your horse or not.
Woot! Very first post. Looks like an awesome site and I look forward to talkin with you guys.

Re: my wishlist and ideas
Interesting idea... unfortunately, you start as a city kid and an orphan.
So maybe you can have your choice of horses to steal (not that you'll know how to ride) from a stable or something.
And I'm not really sure I'd want to be forced to have a horse. I don't like them so much. And much more annoying and troublesome than the dog.

Re: my wishlist and ideas
i like the horse idea.
imagine.. you are galloping through a field on Sugar Cube and you spot a hobbe. then fast as lightning you draw your musket and shoot mid gallop and kill him.
or... you're leading a bandit raiding party and you spot villagers escaping. you charge and trample one and lash out at the others with your sword.
and also my idea for a built in modding panel has just been eating me out from the inside it just sounds so cool to me. like once you bet the game a program similar to a simplified fable explorer appears on the main menu. Or you could even put it on a separate disc. and from there you could edit your stats, make new weapons, make new spells, or even possible bring content back from the original fable. if they did this then it would be pretty cool to go on live with your tricked out charachter to face off against other tricked out chars.
als, would co-op play through live or just on same system be cool??
and what aboutbringing back the arena with a twist. like having it open to play competitivley on live! sweet
looks like ike from south park

Fable 2

What I Want
This all may have been said in the past, but I'll give it a go anyway.....
I want to have an arena that I can repeat. The Arena in the original Fable was my favorite quest, and I think it would be nice to go back and do it all over again, even if I wouldn't get any new experience or money from it.
I'd also like to have more weapons. Fable had only a very small variety of weapons, and I'd like to see some different styles with them. Medium weight weapons and things like that are what I want to see.
Something great would be a "Make Your Own Weapon" mode, where you choose from a whole bunch of different skins, shapes, weights, and all that good stuff. Give it a custom name and then let you upgrade it as you go along.
I want to have the same thing with the armor, too. There was no legendary armor in Fable except for the Archon's Battle Suit, which looked exactly like the plate armor with a different coloring and helmet. I want there to be hundreds of possibilities for my armor. Animal skins and huge plated armors (bigger than the plate armor in the original) and all that good stuff.
What Fable 2 needs is more clothing. There were only three villager outfits in Fable, one bandit suit, and worst of all, no hooded assassin outfit! That bugged me to all ends that I couldn't have a hood for my assassin outfit! I want more hats, more pants, more shirts, more everything! (I'm not a girl, I just want to play dress up with my Fable 2 character)
Fable 2 also needs more spells. Sure, they added a few to The Lost Chapters, but that wasn't nearly enough. Especially considering that 2 of them were the EXACT same spell with a different look.
I've also been thinking about how when I'd fully upgraded my strength, and I walked up to a bandit with a huge, heavy weapon, and I'd swing that thing right at this tiny little guy.......... then he'd block it! I want the next Fable to have a point where the smaller guys don't even have the option of blocking any more. I want my sword to not only kill the bandit, but smash his weapon to bits! Not for all guys, of course, just the smaller people.
Decapitations in Fable were fun, but I want more. Completely ripping a person in half is what I want to do. Taking off arms, legs, whatever. That is what I call fun.
There is another thing on alignment that I didn't like. The hair loss, for one. I didn't want to lose my hair! I just wanted to be evil! And when I played through the game as a good guy, I didn't want to be a blonde! I wanted to keep my brown hair. I'd rather have a barber who can dye my hair whatever color I want. It's the past and all, it wouldn't be realistic to have someone who can dye hair. But it isn't realistic to throw fire at a person's face either, now is it?
And finally, I come to the subject of age. I want to be able to go to a wizard or something and pay him to reverse my age. I never liked how I couldn't keep my youth and be experienced at the same time. I know that the age didn't effect anything, he just looked different. I still don't like it.
To those who read through this monstrosity of a post, I thank you.

that's pretty original I like it +Rep
I can see heavier weapons making a bigger effect Like if you had maxed Strength and hit someone with a master a mace the would literally be either crushed or knocked into the air by the blow
I'd like a new level of terror to be caused by a scary hero. One where some people would actually pass out from seeing you or kill themselves rather than be subject to your wrath. Or just die of fright. It wouldn't be everyone just randomly in the weakest of NPC's
