Also this implies you only get scaring from being greedy and not sacraficing gold/exp . So if someone attacking you that shouldn't leave no scars which makes the game a little less credable. cirrect me if im wrong ^.^ |

Anyway, maybe you have the choice to sacrifice a random person who`s passing by. That would be |

Evidently, people would rather just turn off their console than submit their character to scarring. Of course, it is just wikipedia, but I would put my money on it being true. |

To lose experience is an effect prone to MMOs where experience is of 80% importance and not the story. In another logical sense, why would something just leave you alone if you pass out? Would a blaverine not want to eat you, a troll crushing you into mulch, or a bandit cutting you up into slices? Perhaps it's best if Molynuex retains the ability to die, for however it works. |

#12 | | The X7! | Re: The "New Death" system I actually liked the scarring in the original Fable... it gave me a sense that I was a great Hero and that those battle scars told my battle stories...
Anyway, if these scars are apparently humiliating, I'd probably sacrafice a little bit of gold. Since gold is so easy to replace. Theres no way in hell that I'm sacraficing my Experience though!
If I'm low on gold, I'll probably do the turn off console thing. Better make sure you've done a Hero Save before you turn it off if its during a quest! |
