nah I dont think that's possible

it's the same as when you are using physical shield, if you save and quit while it's active, it will automatically deactive.

No i think they fixed/patched this for TLC.

As all of the other posters have implied, no it's not possible in the TLC version of the game.
However you could probably mod your character to make him huge.

The Health attribute can make you a little bit bigger, but not so much.

The glitch to make him buff doesnt work but im pretty sure the freeze time glitch still does
