You're right; it doesn't say "Buy this marital home"; it says "Buy this building". So what you said makes sense but there's a problem. The house "up that hill" is "the house nearby" I already own. Every time I go there, my current wife is using the bed. That's another thing that doesn't make sense. How can anyone call it a "marital home" when it only has a single-size bed? That's why I went looking for another house. I see no way of telling occupied marital homes from occupied non-marital homes unless I kill everybody, run around looking for a marital home, reload when I find one, and then get rid of the owners of just that house. There might not even be another marital home in Oakvale.
