Well, we know that Fable 2 will have a more realistic human quality about it, considering all they've mentioned. There'll be more variety in how you decide things and when, making your character, and the characters around, you more humanly realistic...that's if they are human.

The first game did seem a little bland with the choices of alignment, but it wasn't bad. You were either viewed as a God-like figure or an Evil demonic creature, whom everyone loathed and/or feared.
I think the alignment feature was partially a problem because of the small lack chemistry and communication between various characters. It wasn't always there and you didn't feel connected to them and sometimes what was happening, so to speak. I'm sure the second Fable can remedy this problem, although it wasn't much of one. Just play the game and enjoy it.
