Re: Playing as evil character for 1st time. It's a whole new game.
well i must say dudes, that your character alignment definitely does affect the game play. If you choose to play through the game as a total dogoody, than people will love you and not run away, plus its really easy to stay good, and you get allot of free goodguy stuff, along with kicks. But, on the other hand, being a super villain isnt all that bad either. Though people do run from you and hate you, you do get to have the fun of killing everything in sight, and with high guile levels, you can steal and break into places very easily, plus sell diamonds in large amounts then buy back for tons of cash. The only problem with having an evil allignment, staying evil. Sure being evil is fun, but it's also very hard work. When you kill anything, a wasp, a bandit, an undead, a troll, or really anything that isnt human, you gain good guy points, making it hard to stay evil. so its a good idea to go to someplace like oakvale and kill guards, and you should continue to kill guards while they respawn continue to kill them until your evil meter is full. BTW, if you use this, by the time your done, you will probably have ranked up about 500,000 dollers worth of fines, but dont worry about that, because if you leave oakvale and do something, the fine will disappear after a set time. Im not exactly sure, but i think that the maximum time it takes for any town to forgive you is 8 minutes, so just go do a quest to pass the time. Note: do not try this at bowerstone, because even with maxed out strength, your character sucks at hand to hand combat, dealling maybe 30 damage per hit. use a weapon!
