What province do you want TES V to be set in?

What options would you have in the poll? Only a couple of settings come to mind straight away.

Like the different provinces, excluding Cyrodiil

Hammerfell, High Rock, Skyrim, Morrowind, Black Marsh, Elswyr, Valenwood and Summerset Isle. Off the top of my head, I think I may be missing a couple though.

Maybe Akavir or something aswell...

I voted for "Cyrodil" since it's the only area I'm actually vaguely familiar with!

I played a little of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind for PC but didn't get very far; I was also gonna pick up the gold edition for the original Xbox but I don't think the Xbox 360 isn't compatible with it...

Anywho, has The Elder Scrolls V been announced yet? Me and Angel love Oblivion -- she's completed that a million times, too.

Morrowind on any thing but the PC is horrible. The modding really makes that game, both game play-wise and graphically.

As for the topic at hand - Where are the Nords from? Would be awesome, viking-ish people are awesome!

They are busy working on Fallout 3 right now.

I think that Morrowind (as a setting) was simply outstanding. I loved the whole wilderness sort of thing. So I voted for Black Marsh because, as far as I know, it's the next best wildernessy province

But if they were to remake Morrowind with Vvardenfell AND the mainland, that would be a must have for me. But like they're gonna do that

Yeah, some people absolutely HATED Morrowind, but as Tsuyu said, with mods, it can be pretty fun. My laptop can't handle Oblivion, so I have my mod-overhaul Morrowind supported by 20+ mods at the moment. Makes it pretty unstable but pretty awesome.

I've done a bit of research lately about the second Elder Scrolls game, the little-known, apparently fairly rare Daggerfall. Man, there are a HUGE amount of things to do in the game, but for those of you that love awesome graphics and shine and whatever, this game will make you crap your pants with one look at the visuals. And not in a good way, mind you... Anywho, done being random now. Continue with the thread.
