Now im just watching this so it may or may not have a amence amount of facts or whatnot. however it is more likely that in this interview peter will just be well peter and be tight lipped.

You can be an Assassin
There are pub games that will be played in game, in a pub
Gold earned in pub games from x-box live will be given to you via a random encounter from a person some point after the childhood section in the game
Gold doesn't buy you any new abilities
Gold can only buy you better weapons
Each building has scripts and side quests assigned to it
You can directly and indirectly effect the economy
There are 4 ways to earn gold jobs, pub games, renting out houses/shops, and acting as a henchman
Every hour you play as an henchman you earn gold
As a henchman you also earn "henchmen" levels
"I cannot talk about x-box live co-op"
the possible X-box live co-op feature is Peters "favorite" feature to talk about
There will be down loadable content after Fable 2's release
The crime system has been revamped from fable 2
If caught committing a crime only the current city guards will be able to attack you
After the 'current' guard populace in a town is killed off the guards wont re spawn for some time
Bowerstone will have a fairly large guard population while other settlements will have fewer.
My dream has come true! 
I think the idea of getting side quests for every building you own will greatly expand the game. Every time you acquire new property, there's more to do! I think that'll greatly improve the story aspect of the game. I noticed, in the original game, that there are certain parts of the story(think right after you unlock the Bargate Prison quest) where, depending on what you've done beforehand, you have no choice but to continue on with the quest. For me, the Bargate quest is quite a drag, but the game leaves me with nothing else to do. With Fable 2, if I don't feel like doing the next quest, I can go buy some more property and do those quests! That'll definitely keep the game from getting boring.
