Thank you for the reply however it didn't fully answer my question; so I'll attempt to rephrase.
I applied several mods after merging them using FE with search feature and the bat file provided somewhere on this forum, that worked fine. I haven't yet reached some parts that where changed in my current save, however I decided after I reached a point that I wanted to do some things differently. So I quit the game and shut it down to restart in the morning with a fresh profile (deleting the old one).
Q: Does the fmp's I applied the previous day still exist meaning I can start normally from the exe, or do I have to run it using FE and re-apply the fmp's again?
Q2 (not mod related but this site with its 30 second delay between searches has irritated me): If I where to apply 2 of the same type of Augmentation to a weapon, does the affects stack? (IE 2x experience augment give 2x the exp bonus)
