I am not sure how I feel about this yet. If done correctly, this could be an excellent RTS with a good mix of high level strategy and on the ground tactical maneuvering.
Think RISK meets Battleship and you'll begin to have an idea of where it's going. R.U.S.E. is under development by French based Eugene Systems and is being published by UbiSoft.
