Opinions if you saw the new teaser (Premiered on the VGA awards.) Opinions and likes?
I thought it looked good, a little bulky and familiar. Likes:

yeah, im a huge halo fanboy and i thought the trailer was very meh....
still cant wait for reach though

unless they make enough changes in the gameplay from halo 3, i can't say i'll be interested.
didn't buy odst because in terms of game physics and play...it felt no different than if i was playing more halo 3...something i've played to the point of boredom.

that looked pretty good, but the ODST armour looked a bit too bulky for only a few months before Halo. And I guess the lieutenant was Kurt

^I think it is just a really UGLY reimagining of SPARTAN Mark IV or V armor.

Agreed. I really hope they mix up the gameplay, 3 monotnous main titles and a crap-side game has really caused me to dislike the Halo gameplay.

That was my thing, the armor looked bulky and unsuiting, but I liked the SPARTAN with the Machette and Corpse paint, and the game atmosphere is tricking me into thinking it could be free roam.

free roam would be cool, like the base cape we seen in the awards trailer would be a hub world - select char. weps and ammo then take on a mission

That is a HellSpartan, who is currently being called Ghost by fans due to his astectic similarities to the MW2 character. Look it up on Halopedia. Some of the spartans are using CQB, Scout, EVA(The hellspartan) and a variant I haven't seen before. And Aions explain where you got the knowledge that you play as Lone Wolf( One of the few Spartan Officers)

Meh, jsut seemed like he was, silent (Unless he said soemthign I didn't catch) trailer centered on him, showed him putting the helmet on in first person view (Reminded me of Republic Commando lol)

yeah, youre also the new guy so you get a tutorial- also hellspartans are non canon not real, that figure was made for comic-con there was a huge debate of that on the bugie reach fourms, hes not a hell spartan - just some guy
