Really messed up graphics

Ive just installed Fable - TLC and for some reason its havking some problems with the graphics, im not sure what going on, its also doing it on other games too, about say two months ago it never did this, now it is and it is really making me mad.

Also, I have a laser mouse, it jumps around and is really a crappy one, im wondering if that's the cause.

Might be driver issues on GFX Card. You tried making sure you GFX Card drivers are up to date and you have latest version of DirectX?

I never thought of DirectX, can you link it or something? I seriously dont know how to get there.

First of all try this:

> Go To Start Menu
> Run
> Type: dxdiag
> Go To Display Tab
> Do Both GFX Tests (Direct Draw, Direct3d) This will make sure that GFX Card is functioning correctly.
> Also It Will Tell You Above Those What Version DirectX You Have (DDI Version)

It said 6.14.0010.6652 Or something, and it said 9 (or higher) Is that what I was supposed to be looking for? Both tests wher sucssesful

Yeah, it probably is a driver issue. Since you could run the game with no problems two months ago. But you already have the help.
So why post this...

That is the correct version, and seems you have no GFX Conflicts then. Seems like it could just be a driver problem with GFX card, what GFX card do you have?

Your laser mouse wont be the problem at all.

I don't know how to see that, It says on the same page on Device that it is a Radeon X600/X550 Series?

Yeah and then install it, i cant be sure what latest drivers for you card are so this is just a test.

Yeah if you have installed that and everything has gone ok try running game. If its the same try disabling Vsync and trying again.
