Meh not really. Vegeta was selfish but not in the sense Reaver is who is selfish in the sense he is a coward who cares only about saving his own skin. Vegeta was more selfish in the sense he was powerful and believed that if you were not strong enough to protect yourself, you did not deserve to live.

There should be a single quest to just hunt him down, than just go all force push (or Kahmahah... I'll stop) on him. Reaver is easily one of the most annoying characters I've met in any singular game. =x
