as in, one sitting? if so, id have to say about 17 or so, back when i would play CounterStrike:Source nonstop.

I played GTA IV for 9 hours
That's the longest I have ever played a game in one sitting

Somewhere between 8-10 hours on Dead Rising... for an achievement. Really dull too, 'cause all I needed to do was watch the characters health(it's constantly dropping in a certain game mode) and heal.

Around 16-17 hours as far as i can remember, back in my student days on 'Study Leave'.

Perhaps that's how I ought to have spent my study leave rather than drinking...

I think my longest time was about 8 hours straight on Oblivion - time just zips by with that game...

When I get a new game, I play until I fall asleep, with the controller in my hand.
14-16 hrs. give or take with bathroom breaks, from all the cokes I drink.

I used to drink a lot, until my liver and kidneys shut down, and I was hospitalized, for a week. Now I can't drink at all.

Some idiot, put a qualude, in my last beer, that day at the lake. Totally shut me down.

Yeah, I know, they thought they were doing me a favor. Some favor. Nearly killed me. I know people won't believe this, but if the good Lord, hadn't given me time, to get to the hospital, the next day, I would have died that night.
