Don't answer if you've heard this one before. It's a classic.
On my way to St. Ives
I passed a man who had nine wives.
Each Wife had nine sacks
Each sack had nine cats
Each cat had nine kittens
Kittens, cats, sacks and wives how many where heading to St. Ives

Riddle me this...
Three men walk into a motel and each pay ten dollars for a $30 room. Its not very nice, but what do you expect for $30? Eventually the night manager realizes the room is only 25 dollars and sends a bellhop to give the men 5 dollars back. On his way he realizes you can't split 5 evenly between 3 people. So he takes 2 dollars and sticks it in his pocket. Them he gives each man a dollar back. This is where it gets strange. Lets review...
Each man paid 10 dollars, but they each got 1 dollar back which means they have each only paid 9 dollars.
9x3=27
The bellhop has 2 dollars in his pocket
27+2 = 29
So where is the other dollar?
