Correct me if I am wrong, but you can only use the sex change potion once, then you have to replay through the game to get a new one.

^You can go to the tomb, get the potion and wait for someone to go there and then you can trade it.

I thought it's only possible to use that potion once (or never, if decided not to drink it). Like you said before. But maybe I'm wrong too. All I know 100% for sure is that I made a big mistake by drinking it.
