haha yeah totally... it's easy to say... ban people for having a game you want when it hasen't been released yet... but if you had the game, you wouldn't care a bit for what the other's says >_>

jiin thats not exactly the number one reason lol and if i had it i would be trying to crack the files and wait for everyone else to get it to play it im going to use the 9 days i have it before it comes out to work on cracking the file types so we can start modding it pretty quickly! XD

im not going to play it early XD im just going to work on cracking the codes on the files so it can be modded later on! and what i meant was what you said is not the number one reason to ban people for it. the number one reason is it would be stupid on XBLs part because its their loss in money? lol

but atleast figure out what the consequence is, or i dont think anybody will believe that you are actually getting the game early if you arent even gonna touch it until the release date, sounds kinda coincidental

You can't really ban them because some people are actually playing it legit by being Game Testers etc. etc..

IF it is illegal or against whatever that they cant play it before it releases in their area then YES they will be banned till it comes out in their district area.. SIMPLEEE!

but yes, they should temporarily so they cant spoil ANYTHING. and be let back on once its released. thats what i think anyway.
