I know theres a mod some where that shows open cuts, like you know its all bloody and stuff. Can someone show me where to get it?

Im sure Oldboy, Keshire or Marcopolo could point you towards one thats closer to what you mean but this mod by Keshire adds an increased healing time to them along with a few more tweaks.
