'Snap Preview Anywhere' (SPA) installed

As some of you may have noticed, we have installed a brand new system which I quite like. Basically, whenever you hover over certain links, you will see a preview screenshot of the page you are about to visit (eventually this will occur with all links, but at the moment I have limited it to external links only).

I think it's kinda cool, anyway; I'm easily amused with novelties...

Let me know what you guys think.

mmm... novelties... I like them too... makes the site appear more opulent somehow...
but best of all, it allows me to be lazy in ways I never dreamed possible...
thank you steve, for the gift of sloth... I will treasure it always...
now if only someone could blink and moisten my eyes for me, I could finally look at links with no effort at all... ahhh.. I can dream...

It's kind of annoying, If I'm readinga post and my mouse sits on a link and then this random window pops up.

No one else checks your updates steve lol jk....

I quite like it but I can see how it could be a little distracting at times. Maybe there might be some way to disable it for members? I dunno...

I like novelty things - they make this site different to others and might encourage more members to join up...

And no, I don't know where everyone else is today - we seem to have the same posters every day and many haven't returned for a long time. Hmmm.....

Ahh well, I suggested on the countdown to 1000 thread, that the no longer active members should get an e-mail reminding them they have an account and such. Maybe new features on the site or something? Maybe that'll bring some back.

Hmm...it is an idea that we did try but it failed coz for some reason the massive mailout collapsed...

But I am not easily deterred (well, I am) so I shall go about setting another one up right this minute and bug everyone to come back. 20 rep for you for reminding me
