I hope that PS3 does well so the XboX will keep getting better and have price cuts.
I doubt i will ever own one. I went from nintendo to XboX I had a PS1 once but I gave it away in a Yankee Swap

Yeah the competition is nothing but a good thing to us gamers i agree as it pushes each company to strive to outdo the other meaning better stuff for us

Heh. Sony was bad enough to us American (and assumably to some degree the Japanese) fans, and now they're pulling this...bull on you guys? Good grief.

This is getting kind of, well, asinine. I used to be a major fan of Sony, but not so much anymore >_>" What's really funny is I somehow managed to get both a 360 and a Wii and I've been extremely happy with both of them. Oye.

I just cannot see how they can pull a stunt like this and still expect us to pay through the nose for a console that, quite frankly, is tantamount to false advertising. We were told it would be this super-duper powerful machine with total backwards compatibility but instead we get told to wait, wait some more, wait a bit longer and then ta da! Crapness for a fortune. No thank you.

The graphics might blow your mind and you might be desperate for one so that you can play the latest whatever but to my mind there is no viable justification for messing us around like this and then asking for so much money. Unless it comes with a free exotic holiday of your choice...

Yeah very good points and i totally agree, i think Sony are just expecting everyone to forgive and forget and buy one anyway but until they lower the price and offer us some decent deals hardware wise and have some games im actually interested in coming out for it im happy with my Xbox 360.
