I voted Star Wars - the movies are just kickass... and Republic Commando is very good.
As for LotR movies, they weren`t bad, but kinda boring at some point and I haven`t played any games too, so.

LotR is the bestest!!111 Not by the movies, not by the games but by the universe in general.

As for the movies, Jackson beats Lucas and so does the LotR movie, as for games... that goes to Star Wars, not contest.

But in both books and universe, LotR is superiour.

Wow, I couldn't agree more. I love both so much, but I think the Lord of the Rings world is outstanding. Not like the Star Wars universe wasn't, but I suppose they are both incredibly different since one is more science fiction...and the other fantasy. The Star Wars games are generally better, but I still love Lotr so much more. Very tough choice though.

I think that the LOTR books were better than the Star Wars Movies and the LOTR movies were better than the New (I-III) Star Wars Movies. If it ended at that then LOTR would win, but ANH ESB and ROTJ at the very least bring it to a tie. Then you add the expanded universe Dark Force Rising, Clone Wars, KOTR and a whole lot more and it is no contest.
