Hi and welcome to the Fable community forums! We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to get the most benefit out of these forums there are a few things to consider when making your first post(s). The main thing is to check out the
Forum Rules - these are for your benefit as well as for everyone else who uses the forums. The next most important thing is how to use the
search function.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this function, you will find it located in your navigational bar at the top of the screen in between "user cp" and "premium". Click this button and a little pop-up window will appear allowing you to type in some words that relate to what you are looking for. You can type these in and click on the "go" button straight away or you can opt to select whether you wish to search new posts, today's posts or go to an
advanced search where you can be more specific in what you are looking for.
We really want to encourage the use of this little button because chances are there is already a thread available discussing what you might wish to talk about and you can join in and meet others already interested in a specific topic. Whilst we actively encourage the creation of new threads, starting one that already exists could lead to it being closed and/or other members avoiding posting in it. The best thing to do is take a good look around and see what already exists in a forum and make good use of that search function to help you. If you find a topic that isn't covered, by all means begin one and people will be more than willing to help.
And remember - if in doubt, please ask one of the
Forum Team for help and they will be more than happy to help you out and answer any questions you may have.
