I will decide as I play how to act in each situation. Either way it looks like you will need at least 3 ply throughs to get all the achievements.

Early Speculations:

Peter M. stated there would be a tragedy early in the game, Avo help him if your village gets ransacked by bandits. The demo he was playing had a voice-over so there'll definitely be a pseudo-Hero's guild or a full blown one (which may or may not be called The Hero's Guild.)

You can also bet all your asses there will be a Ruler of the Bowerstone Lord-city and their last name will be Grey.

hope there wont be any bandits in the beginning would be a bit the same
