Mate, you think you've got it bad?! When i get back from school on Friday i will have about 2 hours to play Fable 2 and then i'm off to Switzerland for 6 days with no TV, no Internet etc.

Dude what Grade are you in? if it isn't an Important one I.E: Last Year of school then **** it All the other years are pointless anyway you might as well get Fable 2.....

My Friend's Son told his Dad that he was skipping School to get Fable 2 and he said he'd drive him to the store..... How good is that?!

just pre-order it and get it delivered then what you gotta do is make sure your parent(s (gotta put it in to be politically correct =P) ) go out during the day. Basically go out of the hosue as if you're going to school then skive a day off, come back when your parent(s) are out and write a fake note explaining to the school why you were away and hand it in on the monday.

So the #1 priority in your life is fable 2 (video games)?

I guess I'm either jealous or confused.

What about family, education, friends, etc? What if a friend calls you to hang out? Are you going to turn them down?

I will admit that I sometimes wish my #1 priority was video games, but that would get old real quick!

Ditto, sure, I'm looking forward to Fable 2 as much as the next person, but dare I ask, what's the sense in either skipping school to get it, or getting yourself suspended for it?

The first thing I intend on doing on that Friday is going to college, getting my disgracefully short day out of the way, going home, going into Blockbusters to pick up my reserved copy and then just enjoying my half term with it.

It's Friday. Go to the shop and get the game then go to school, explain that you're late as you were not feeling well (draft a fake note), wait an hour at school then fake being sick again and ask to go home and that's your school front and parent front covered.

i agree with scarecrow. at first i thought just wait, and it will make you anticipate the game more. but when you get a fun opportunity like what scarecrow was talkin about, go for it.
