In your "My Game" section. Should be in your documents. Or SOMEPLACE on your hard drive (the same place your photo journal is so try looking for that first) there's a folder called "tattoos"

You just open one of the .bmp files with paint or something and draw on whatever tattoo you want.

Whenever i try and make a tatoo the colour is a slightly less dark shade of the skin colour your char starts out with. it looks like he did one of those tan tatoos. how do i change the colour?
