How Do You Get Glowing Tattoos?

The glowing tatoos which are blue come to a hero when he is extremly magical. They cme to me when I got all the will experience from the guild. So if you want those tatoos i suggest that you get experience orbs and case them in for magic power and spells.

I actually think there kinda cool looking unless your character is full evil with the Glowing Blue markings but I never tried that I might do that maybe they wont be Blue maybe they'll be black or red or something.

How come tattoos leave a blue mark after you change them? Is there anyway to get rid of that?

Wasn't aware of this, unless it's an Xbox thang~. Unless ofcourse, you are mistaking blue marks for your use of will magic. The more you use will magic, level up will spells, the more blue tattoos you get (and your hands start to glow).
