Its not a cheat its just what numbers you need to get your stats up by, to pull the sword out the stone without maxing them.

yeah and it sucks cuase if you go one point higher you won't get the damn sword.

You can go to places like the Hobbe Cave and kill hobbes for Experience. It doesn't take long, they keep coming back and you get experience. Using physical shield and force push can help.
