i, the person whois almost always is calling theresa evil even admit there is no direct proof, more like, signs. go onto my profile one of my comments shows a link to a video. i think she is after the crown, and i think the video MAY be saying she is after the crown, or perhaps the makers want to confuse you.

I noticed the Shadow Court is right where you met her in the first game. Kinda creepy. And when your in the quest of recruting Hammer, she says "We require a hero, not a passivest monk. We need to find a reason for her to fight.". Then Hammer's father is shot. As well as the other points in this thread.

i wouldn't be surprised if she was. one possible theory on Fable III:
you kill dad
dad was being manipulated by theresa
kill theresa (a la Jack of Blades)

either way, she's gotta be evil. If the Shadow Court is where you met her in the first game, there has to be a connection. They could have put the shadow court anywhere in Albion...

i think theresa is a neutral. dark and cloudy with a sense of direction. shes both. im thinking she takes the spire because she believes it needs to be protected because of teh wishing and all that jizz. but she did kinda tell you to get the hell out and that was kinda rude...or newt i dunno lolol
