Distracting is the wrong word... I find them, nice I guess. But I think that only a few of them having images is distracting.

You should! Devil May Cry is awesome - it's like Resident Evil 4 on crack, but a gazillion times better. You can pick up Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition (by far the best in the series) dirt cheap from Amazon nowadays too. Check out some reviews of Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening on GameSpot and see for yourself.

When I first seen them I thought they made the forum look more cluttered than I already think it looks but they do grow on you after a while, not so much grow as oneself becomes accustomed to them. Not bad.

I myself think they are a great addition to the forums. At first I too found them distracting as if they were cluttering the site, but it sometimes just seems like a neccesity (however cosmetic it may be). I like what I see.
