I heard this on NPR
The object of this game is to tell an entire story with only three lines as if it was an ad in a newspaper.
The example they used was awesome

For Sale
Baby Shoes
Never Worn

Here's one I tried just now

Roommate Wanted
Available Immediately
Background Check Required

By the way, Hex's is pretty simple. It's a story about the overzelous boy who can not get enough of the violent video games. Thus scaring him for life, thus making him choke a prostitute, thus making him accidently break his thumbs.
