It must mean that wandering beggar and bully were important. I've found "Markers" for them in Bowerstone and various other places I've never seen them..curse you lion head.

Heehee. The boms are pretty fun. The amnesia one makes the enemies walk around in a circle because they're confused. and the repeaters...Ahhh no reload time at all...I love it.. I really hope the include some of these in two.
