Two F.E.A.R Updates On Way

Sierra have been working on a double dose of updates for the hit horror First Person Shooter F.E.A.R and both of them will hit shops this autumn. F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate which is an expansion pack for the PC version of F.E.A.R (its second). However Xbox 360 owners are in for a treat as F.E.A.R files contains Perseus Mandate and previous PC expansion F.E.A.R. Extraction Point all in one box.

Now thats what i call a good timing moment, been many times ive bought a game only for them to announce an expansion straight afterwards and price drop for bundle

I've always wanted to buy the game, alot of talk about it and such. But I never got around doing it. Now a friend of mine has got it, silly little guy. He stops playing every 30 seconds or so, just freezing up until the flashlight works again. He won't move an inch without it.

I have to prove to him I am more of a big brave man than he is!

It is quite a creepy game but its not a jumpy scary kind of game. They just use tension, lighting and shadows to good effect etc. Though it is only one of 2 games to make me literally shout swear word at screen in surprise

Yeah quite so. For what I saw, you were still fighting humans. For some reason, no matter what creepy setting it is; fighting humans doesn't bother me the slightest.


Now, throw some aliens in and I can't go to sleep at night. Unreal II, which most wouldn't call scary, disturbs me a great deal. Especially the level with all the alien spiders....

Well they are human like clone soldiers... (most of them )
