uncollectable quests in fable?

No idea if anyone else has been able to but before you do the wasp queen quest theres 3 that state your renown is not high enough. is it possible to get those quests at all? my friend said he he got to ledgendary and still couldn't get them!

It is not possible unfortunately... Some guy tested it and got to legendary before the wasp queen quest, and they just diappeared...
