Viruses and Vista HELP PLS

Need help deleting Malware...
I was downloading/searching for ROMS to play on my new laptop and I kept getting these damn trojans and other stupid adware/spyware.
Now I cant get rid of them. I went on a torrent site to download a virus removal app but all the good ones will not support my sh*tty Vista.

Does anyone know a good virus removal program that supports Vista that I could download for my laptop?

use the vista system restore... and for future reference anti-virus software is crap that they just made to get money off consumers, system restore is free...

I have too much stuff on my computer.

Er... Im not real sure but what i did was i emptied all my memory onto a few flash drives...

Download a 90 day Norton antivirus trial and also try out a windows live care trial. I use Vista too and I'm having no issues, look at what you download, the only way to get Rid of a Trojan is to reformate your WHOLE hard drive cause they can keep changing locations.

Try Anti-Virus Guard. AVG always seem to catch any trojans that sneak onto my PC (at least I think it does...)

Yu can never be 100% sure if you have deleted a trojan c=as they can change locations so its best to reformat your harddrive...if you could

As Steve said try the free options first and see if they do the job. If you can get the names of any of the Trojans it would also help find tools and ways to remove them.

Hadn't heard of Super Anti Spyware till you suggested it, Solus. Reckon I might give 'em a try. Last anti-spyware program I used was AdAware... wonder if they're still around...

AdAware are still around, i use Version 6.0.
