First of all, you thought you found a whale.
But no, it`s an area where winds are blowing faster than usual (and sometimes vertically). Basically a storm area which is moving. Jupiter has a big one, too.

With a decent imagination and a sordid understanding of astronomy, I suppose yes, it could be a whale. Or it could be a herd of sea-dwelling giants! Or even a constantly moving dark island with magical elves on it! Or not, whichever.
