Going back to the possible weapons of Fable 2, has anyone ever considered the possibility of a sort of prototype sniper rife? Perhaps it may be a little too early for something like that, but for all you stealthy crackshot-type people out there, there may be hope.

Well since this is a fantasy game I can see a primitive sniper rifle. I mean, its not that hard to put a scope on top of a gun .

Mabey some sort of flash bomb, to distract enimies oor somthing.

I don't know if its already been said, but a Big Sword like the Master Great Sword again. I really like Heavy weapons.

I had a really cool idea earlier while I was figuring out how to get my nifty new flag avatar. You see, the Old Line State was, very early, known as the Bayonet of the Revolution (apparently we used it more or better or something than the rest of the Continental militias), and that made me think:

I WANT A BAYONET ON THAT RIFLE! Or even that musket, if we don't get rifles. I mean, think of it: you're pumping lead at a horde of baddies, and one gets close before you can shoot him. Do you continue shooting and get hacked at while defenseless, or do you switch to a melee weapon? With a bayonet, you have a third option: gut 'em like a fish! Use that pigsticker! STAB, STAB, STAB!

(Um... yeah, I think I've finally gone nuts-er. Either that or I'm possessed.)

However making said scoped gun be accurate to the distance required to be called "Sniper" would be.... almost impossible.

Flame boots, i put a lot of thought in for this so anyway. Boots that have the side of the soles with the material you run matches on to catch a spark then when you kick them together you get a spark then there is cloth above the soles that will catch now underneath all of this there is flame retardant material and some of that above the fire cloth. Now when they catch the fire can be magically enhanced(in fable of course) for fireblasts from you feet flame kicks. The cloth that catches fire is a special non-human made material that could catch fire for a hundred years and not burn out. its kind of far out for fable because they didnt make any friendly nonhuman creatures , anyway
the more you use them the stronger they get starts with yellow flame then blue then green then white if your really good or black if your evil you can get bonuses depending on the level your on. Yellow flame is just regular blue could be a strength bonus while ignited. Green mana power bonus. it gets farfetched now but white your whole body catches fire in a white flame and you have the outline of an angel with wings and a halo you have sort of heavenly powers. Now for the black you have a black flame and like a demon outline with devil wings and horns you could have hell like abilities.

i for one would like to see further implementation of cutlery as decent weaponry, you know rather than the frying pan like a spatula or a saucepan.also as far as gunpowder weaponry is concerned i dont think it will be historically accurate as everyone thinks its a fantasy game for crying out loud. also little side note to whoever was talking about snipers, range has nothing to do with sniping the term sniper originated from back in the day when snipe was a popular foodsource the men required to shoot it had to be experts as it is notoriously difficult to shoot. for those of you who dont know a snipe is a small bird with a long bill looking almost identical to a woodcock
