What am I missing?

Well. it's gonna be a while 'till I get Fable 2, so I'm just wondering about things such as:

Jobs
The ways the land can change. Can you burn forests? etc.
How to obtain quests (freelance quest, you get them off some main character, etc.)

Well the land changes based on your choices during two main points in the quest and depending on various other side quests and such that's about all i can say without spoilers

For the second question you don't actually have to do anything to get quests except progress along in the storyline this unlocks the quests both main and side quests and you can complete them at your own discretion after you unlock them although some quests may be unavailable depending on the changes to the land
