That is what I usually use (that or a long-sword with the same augments). And for ranged the Red Dragon.

Another combination I use is The Daichi and The Rammer.

If your using nothing but Skill, the Red Dragon will get you the best bang for your buck hands down. For straight Strength, the Daichi does the most damage - period.

If you alternate between Skill and Will/Strength, modding your own Master Turret Rifle w/ Devastation and Piercing Agony augments would be the best gun numbers wise (paired with the Daichi for melee).

It's possible without the unimproved Shooting Ranged. My brother had about 5 points off.

I personally HATE turret weapons. They may have good damage per shot, but the reload times just makes them a waste. They are essentially just watered down revolvers.

If you are referring to the one where you must shoot the villagers, my top score is somewhere just below 200 I believe.

And my best at the shooting range is 283 at the moment (shooting bandits).
