I wouldnt call it that, more like aggressively jumping around in a massive crowd and a lot of pushing and jumping into people. The ipitamy of a rock gig, then theres the wall of death that they banned at most gigs

I've only moshed a couple a times it's pretty fun if the people you moshing with are roughly your size.

Um... yeah...
