Whats the best sword?
Sword of aeons or Avos tear.

The best sword in the game is the Solus Greatsword.

But I prefer Avo's Tear. It keeps my moral compass pointing north.

I think you are asking the difference between 2 certains swords, Sword of Aeons and Avo's Tear. If that is the case, those 2 swords are exactly the same damage and augmentations wise. The only difference is the look.

lol they dont have the same damage. plus solus great sword isnt better than avos tear or sword of aeons cuz its so ****ing slow

The Sword of Aeons and Avo's Tear have the same damage rating and the same augmentations in Fable TLC. That may be different in the Fable.

I think that what Eddins is asking for is the difference between the two. The spelling of the word " aients" makes that unclear, so noone can be sure unless or until he/she posts again to say if that is true.

Briar Rose's sword can be spawned in a chest or added to the weapon inventory manually. It has damage rating of 520.

You could try and glitch the game, killing Briar Rose and taking her sword somehow without Modding.

Best sword? Not Solus, because it's really slow. I believe Avo's Tear for good, Sword of Aeons for evil.

It depends. Early on in the game (at least using the Hero Save glitch) you can get the Murren Greathammer, 20 silver keys at the Guild. This is the strongest weapon you can have until:
A.) The end of the Game
B.) Bowerstone North
C.) You mod the game
If you do train with mainly the Murren Greathammer, the Solus Greatsword feels light.

The Best Weapon: The Solus Greatsword. Neutral. (80k in Bowerstone North)
Second Best: The Bereaver. Neutral. (All your silver keys)
Then, Sword of Aeons and Avo's Tear are equal, but different looking.
Best Longbow: Skorm's Bow
Best Crossbow: Arken's(?) Crossbow

i like the scimitar even tho it only does like 10 dmg (it looks kickass with my assassin armor)

which is the sword u get at the end Aeons or tears because i can't remember i've started a new game and would like to know where u get the other one ?
