Well, if your girlfriend has multiple 'pets' that wouldn't really be a bad thing. Hmm... but I guess if you still only have one 'pet' of your own it is sorta redundant....
Yeah and makes for a very exhausting and painful weekend.
Sucked: Slight possibility I might be in v.early stages of labour and my birth partner has sodded off to Wales until tomorrow night. Apparently she "forgot" I'm due on Wednesday....
Sucked: Wasn't allowed drugs because it was all too quick and the midwife was a dozy cow who kept forgetting I am deathly allergic to chlorhexidine which is found in nearly all hospital antiseptic stuff and kept putting it on her hands. She was also the one telling me to breathe all the time when all I wanted to do was falcon punch her in the face.
