level up your skill's to accuracy and get a high-caliber fast reloading pistol, anything such as the "Master Flintlock Pistol" is probably best for the shooting range, also try get the "boom headshot"'s as often as you can, they give you +3 for each guy/girl taken down in the shooting range, as opposed to the +1 you usually get.
