Here's a list of things you must do to get to the spire, padowan. Listen well.

1) Rape 30 lesbians.
2) Kill 17 citizens in Yosimishu town.
3) Blow up the whole town of Bowerstone. Yes, blow it up. You can buy explosives for 17 million gold.
4) Laugh for 10 minutes straight and POOF! You'll be transported to the spire.
