I like the fire assassin armor just fine but its exactly like the regular assassin armor (except color). they could have gave it something cool like more stealth or something. I only complain because it says new armor on the tlc box. armor . . . . . new.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . theres archons armor, the 2 new helms, and the stinking assassin suite. I love tlc, but come on, thats just a little weird.

I think it was just something added on to appeal to people who want to see a different sort of assassin suit, as some may not have liked the first one to begin with. I'm sure they knew some people wouldn't like it when they put it into the game, but it's only a way of adding onto something they already had... I was a little disappointed with it to begin with, though now I just look past it at the rest of the features that made Fable an awesome game to begin with.

only one of the new legendary weapons was in the original... I wouldn't exactly call 25% "most"...
and Fable TLC was not meant to be Fable 2, or even Fable 1.5... it was merely meant to be the same game with a few additional features for huge fans of the original, and to entice new players to play the game...
and he does deserve thanks... they could have just left it at Fable and never released TLC at all and just made people wait until Fable 2... it's not as though anyone were forced to purchase TLC against their will... if you don't like it then stick to the original and don't buy it... it's super simple

I just want Fable 2 to come out. That wasn't mean to come across as angry, I was over-exaggerating what most people felt when they played the original and then TLC.

Peter and his team are probably under a lot of stress from both the fans and the media. Any time they announce a possible feature, the news is all over it.

And then comes the fans. Many people were.... disappointed in the original Fable because he promised so much but yet he gave so little. The Lost Chapters was meant to give back some of the stuff but it was mainly items and quests.

As for me, I was expecting more interactivity with the townsfolk, being evil meant bandits didn't attack you, more morality choices, FREE ROAMING without mods. That sort of thing.

FYI: If this seems like mindless dribble, its because I just woke up

The armour in Fable was just a way to dress-up your Hero, to make him look cool. Armour plays a small role in reducing damage, the most comming from the "Toughness" skill.

So yeah, I don't mind it just being a re-colour of normal Assassin clothes really.

I remember when they originaly said that if you cut down a tree as a kid, it will be cut down when you grow up. I guess they side stepped that all together. oh well, I just hope Im not gunna have to buy an xbox 360 for fable 2. If i do and its kind of a letdown, Im going to be ****ed.

well... seeing as how it is currently an XBox 360 exclusive, how else were you planning to play it?

thats what they said about fable 1. plus, more people own computers than xbox 360. I doubt this is sum scam to get people to buy xbox 360's so if they want to make money, they will make it for computer also. making a game exclusively for a platform that onlt about 1/4 to 1/8 of gamers own isnt very smart, or very nice. people arent going to want the game if they have to buy a xbox 360 to play it.
