yes... just like Fable... they'll probably release it for PC, but not for quite a while after it comes out for 360... so if you want it when it first comes out, that's your option...
and more people might have a PC, but this is a next gen game, and not everyone who has a PC has one capable of running next gen game... that's part of the reason more and more people get the 360...
and the idea that people would buy a 360 "just for Fable 2" is just ridiculous... it's not as though Fable 2 were the only game exclusively for Xbox 360...
there's also Halo 3 and Mass Effect and a multitude of others which are also why people would be buying the console...
and it is smart... Microsoft wants to make money... you do that by promoting the console to get people to buy the game and then on PC so fans of the game will buy the PC version also when they're ready to mod... it's called doubling your money which is good business and for those who don't want to mod, they can pick up the console version, cause contrary to your beliefs, the majority of Microsoft fans do in fact own a 360

To add to that. It is VERY likely that it will be Vista Only seeing how Direct X 10 is a next gen gaming technology and Lionhead is owned by Microsoft.

vista is a vast amount less expensive then an xbox 360. there still like 500 bucks. what im getting at is, I hope they dont wait another 3 years to release it on computer like they did with halo 2.

True a home premium Upgrade is only $135 US but personally I would have to get a new video card $64-120 US and some more RAM $80-200 US that would put it at nearly the same price as the Xbox but I would have an amped PC I like the Xbox for the Big TV and simplicity of use

lionhead probably has a contract with microsoft that says something along the lines of fable 2 must remain xbox 360 exclusive for X period of time. alot of games do that.

From what I've herd Vista games will look amazing compared to XP. Not many games are Vista only but they're coming. Maybe by the time Fable 2 is out for PC your parents will have gotten a new PC. Hopefully it will have a good enough video card and plenty of RAM.

Probably easier to have them get you an Xbox 360 than have them get a new PC that isn't powerful enough and have them upgraded it

i have mixed emotions about vista and if they make it so fable 2 is only playable on vista that will probly make me very ****ed at it cuz they could do all the same stuff on the xp well mostly from what i heard vista isnt that good but i also heard it was amasing but that was by my weird freind who is a very bad kinda nerd by that i mean the dumb kind who dosn't know much about computers >.> and why would they only make it for x-box that whould be stupid microsoft owns basicly the intire computer world lmao they whould probly make much more money but making it a computer playable game as well like they did with alot of x-box games there are alot of poor peopel out there like me and Rhadiel who cant aford an x-box 360 (and in my case an x-box haha T_T)
