well, I really liked Fable, obviously, or I wouldn't be here... but as far as Fable 2 being the greatest game of all time? I doubt it... I'll like it, but I wont pretend to think it's the greatest ever

*gasp* ...........but..but...It could be an impacting game like FF7 people still argue whether that was the greatest game in it's genre for the PS so...Why cant Fable be the grestest game in it's genre for the XBOX. Honestly I think PM can do it

FF7 was only a matter of opinion if it was best game of its genre, im a huge RPG fan and also a Final Fantasy fan but i could never get into FF7. Also Fable 2 now has competition like never before from Mass Effect in RPG genre.

And it's funny, because it's true...I mean really, if they included a talking Turd character in Halo or Mass Effect, he'd instantly become a celebrity on places like YouTube. And then everyone would wanna get the game just to meet that character............

yeah... people still argue about whether it was the best or not, cause not everyone thinks it was... so yes, Fable 2 could be like that, in that some will think it was the best ever and some will not... like me...

Yes, thats right.
That game would be a hit, but if it doesn`t have anything new to offer, making a sequel would be very hard. Since people were so disappointed in Turd Effect, no-one wants to feel that effect again.
Lets just hope big games are not spoiled by ... vulgarisms (sp?)
And if EA (or any other leading company) wants to make the adventures of "The Brown Thing" and his gross friends, good for them.
Ahh, what I want to say, turd-characters or not, the game has to be good (duh!?).

i'm gonna be honest. while i can't wait for the game, this whole "industrial revolution" bowerstone was a major turn off for me. theres a saying that i can't remember, and principle that is if one thing is a success, why change it? Halo made three successful games without altering the gameplay too much. I'm worried that people will be more focused on buying buying buying and that the story itsself will not be very "fruitful" if you get my meaning. They emphasize the ability to buy anything alot but not once mention the plot. I'm not saying it will suck, just the way it's advertised rubs me the wrong way.
