Will Training Silver Quest
I'm not sure if anyones noticed, but often times if you allow Whisper to follow you into the woods to kill those three bandits and kill them, you'll notice "Will Training" as a past quest (silver). However a little later in the game it just seems to dissapear from the list of past quests you've done.
anyone have anything?

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
well, some quests seem to be time sensitive or depending on what part of the story your on. considering a silver symbol is a secondary quest, and a gold is a primary quest, you may not have to do the silver quests. but, most likely it may be a time sensitive quest.
Just my thoughts, not to be taken as fact.

Well that's what i'm thinking too.
i mean it's not an important quest.
so don't get too worried about it

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
Hm, I didn't notice, at the time. What I did notice was how whisper lied about healing you if you get hurt, and she didn't. That really bugged me. So the next time, I let an arrow hit her, by standing behind her. She didn't heal herself either. Ya know what they say, about paybacks.

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
Sorry if I worded it wrong. I meant that when you go and check your "past quests" screen, if you've completed this mini quest it usually appears there after melee test and guild training, but then later somehow dissapears for whatever reason.

I understood, and I said, that I didn't notice, but the next time I start again, I'll check it and see what you mean. I'm sorry, I got carried away with Whisper.

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
All the training mini games were probably going to be bonafide quests and Lionhead decided to ditch that idea and forgot to take out the Will quest one properly. Now it just stayes there until something overrides it.
Maybe... Either that or a ninja monkey conspiracy.

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
It is there to let you know that you can go to the Island by the waterfall and do the Will training, the one where you get a res. phial and a will potion. It doesnt show up in past quests because it is part of Guild Training quest, like Archery Grading and Melee Grading. The Melee Combat Quest(where you go to the woods and kill the beetles) is the only quest that is done during Guild Training that shows up on past quest list.

no, i just restarted a new game to dbl check and thats not it. it shows up as "will combat test" in past quests after killing those 3 bandits with whisper. after completing all the guild training and going out into the wolrd it was still there... i noticed it dissapears as soon as i reload my save when i wanna play again later.
probly just something lionhead forgot to take out i assume
ill call it the disapearing quest

Re: Will Training Silver Quest
I see what you mean. I went through Guild Training, that quest was there telling me to go into woods with Whisper, I guess hero should use will instead of the bow there, I always use the bow. After Guild Training is done and autosaves, I saw the Will quest in past quests, I quit, I loaded the auto save, no Will quest. Wierd.
