I think without EA pushing him to release games so fast and with 1 million expansions on every platform including a toaster it will allow his creative mind to flourish again. Hopefully he will have time to come up with more good ideas and not milk ideas that have long became stale.

I'm excited to find out what comes out of Stupid Fun Club. It sounds like it's going to be a middlewear company but unlike what is on the market today. I wish them great success mainly because the gaming industry could really use some fresh ideas.

They fund the studios that work under them, so they've had some contribution. I agree that they suck, though, don't get me wrong, but they have "funded" some great games.

I'm pretty sure Sims 3 is going to be released anyway. Maxis didn't quit, just Will.
